Inspirational designs make beautiful gifts
perhaps for a wedding, anniversary, a retirement or a birthday.
Our
personalised service
The
consultation
The initial consultation helps us to establish how you want to
use your space, why you feel ready for a change and what you are
looking for in the new design. It means finding out about your
likes and dislikes, exploring alternatives and deciding your
budget. At this stage a contract is prepared for the work
to be undertaken.
The survey
The designer will survey the site to establish the size,
orientation, soil, features and views to be retained. If your
property is listed or in a conservation area planning consent
may be required for certain changes.
The ideas
Design ideas are drawn up in rough form and compared with your
brief to make sure they fit. We then present you with an outline
plan and rough sketches making it easier to visualise what could
be achieved. Any changes required are made before the masterplan
is drawn up.
